This Sunday we have four in-person services:

10am Nayland Holy Communion, 10am Leavenheath Holy Communion, 10am Stoke Morning Prayer, 6pm Zoom Evening Prayer. Masks are no longer required, but are still recommended for the time being.

There is a NEW SUNDAY AND DAILY SERVICE ROTA commencing NEXT WEEK in March.  Please keep your pew sheets to hand or look for the yellow ‘monthly’ notices
appearing in your church and around your villages soon.

From Monday 7th March we will be holding a short weekly Holy Communion service in St James’ Nayland at 10am.  All are welcome!  We would also like to start running a baby/toddler group in the church after the communion service to give parents and carers the opportunity to meet and relax over a cup of coffee in the church.  If you would be able to help with refreshments and a warm welcome

I’m sorry there is no Children’s Worksheet this week, there has been a change in the publisher’s permission to use this content, hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Community pantry & Financial Assistance Fund

Thank you for all the items generously donated to the community pantry. Currently, we do not need any more tinned tomatoes or beans. But we do need fresh veg and fruit, long-life milk, butter, cereal, tea and instant coffee, toiletries, toilets rolls and cleaning materials, also pasta, rice, tinned tomatoes, sugar, tinned fruit, crisps and cereal. 

Please keep spreading the word that this is a resource for anyone in our villages, whether their need is occasional or regular. There is also a fund for those in need of financial assistance, perhaps with school uniforms and shoes, essential or unexpected bills. Please do feel free to contact Rev Val Armstrong who can assist you in complete confidentiality, Tel: 01206262812 Email: It is also possible to have a delivery arranged for those unable to get to the Community Pantry in Nayland, again please contact Rev Val about this.
